These terms apply to the Urban Cleaning website and apps. A service contract, accepted quote, employment agreement or contractor agreement may contain additional terms for the relevant service.
Accounts and authorised use
Keep account credentials secure, provide accurate information, and use only records and workspaces you are authorised to access. Do not probe other accounts, upload harmful content, interfere with the service, or use customer, staff, or location data outside legitimate service delivery.
Bookings, access, and changes
Bookings are subject to service coverage, cleaner availability, property access, safety, and the scope confirmed at booking. Customers must provide accurate access and hazard information. Reschedule, cancellation, no-access, waiting-time, and extra-work charges follow the policy shown at booking or in the applicable quote or contract.
Prices and payments
The amount payable, applicable taxes and payment timing are shown before you confirm a booking or in the quote or contract you accept. Review those details before authorising payment. Payment processing may be provided by Stripe. Failed, disputed, refunded or overdue payments may require further verification or affect the service.
Workforce features
Cleaner and contractor tools may record job activity, checklists, selected photos, signatures, timesheets, and location during active working time where permission and company policy allow. Users must follow safety, privacy, customer-property, and evidence-handling requirements.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service available and accurate but may suspend it for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any other liability is subject to the applicable service, employment, or contractor agreement and UK law.
Ending use and contacting us
You may stop using the service or request account deletion through the app. We may restrict or close access for security, misuse, an ended working relationship, unpaid amounts, or legal reasons. Contact contact@urbancleaning.uk with questions or disputes.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights. Updated terms will be published here and material changes may also be communicated in the app.
