Your privacy
Cookies & browser storage.
We use essential storage to support the quote, booking and account features you request. This website does not load analytics or advertising tools.
Your settings
There are no optional cookies to accept. Essential storage supports the features you choose to use, including keeping your quote selections in the current tab and signing in securely.
You can review your settings at any time. Saving an essential-only choice does not give permission for future optional tracking.
What is stored in your browser
- Quote selections
- Session storage named
urban-cleaning:public-quote-draft:v1remembers the cleaning and property options entered into the estimate form while the tab is open. It does not contain your contact details, quoted price or booking link. - Cookie settings
- Your essential-only choice is saved in local storage for six months, unless you clear it earlier. It contains the choice, its date and the notice version. The website checks whether it has expired when reading it.
- Sign-in and security
- When you use an account, Supabase authentication cookies maintain the sign-in session. An
urban_workspace_rolesession cookie remembers a workspace you select. Theuc_recent_mfacookie records a recent extra security check for ten minutes. These are used for account access, rather than advertising.
Payments and other services
When you choose to add a payment method or pay, Stripe provides the payment form and its associated security features. Payment tools are not loaded by the homepage estimate form.
Links to external websites open services with their own privacy and storage information. Following a social media link is separate from using this website; social media tracking tools are not embedded here.
Clearing storage
You can remove cookies and browser storage using your browser settings. Removing sign-in cookies may sign you out. Removing the quote draft clears the selections saved in that tab.
